From his blockbuster movies Panti Sisters, Mahal Kita Beksman etc, this December 25 sa Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 ay isang kwelang-kwelang LGBTQ comedy movie na naman ang pagbibidahan ni Christian Bables na “BROKEN HEART’S TRIP.”
Yes, pang MMFF talaga ang appeal ni Christian na waging Best Actor sa MMFF 2021 para sa movie BIG NIGHT.
And this time dito sa Broken Heart’s Trip ay muling ipapakita ni Christian ang husay at galing sa pagganap ng gay role, na unang ipinakita sa “DIE BEAUTIFUL” kung saan support siya ng bidang si Paolo Ballesteros.
Kasama ni Christian sa latest MMFF movie sina Andoy Ranay, Teejay Marquez, Marvin Yap, Petite, Iyah Mina at ang first Pinay Cannes Best Actress Ms. Jaclyn Jose sa direksyon ni Lemuel C. Lorca. Produced ito ng BMC Films in partnership with SMART FILMS.
Ang kwento nito ay iikot sa limang LGBTQ individuals na pare-parehong broken hearted, na binigyan ng chance na mapuntahan ang magagandang lugar na sa huli ay may katumbas na premyong 1 million pesos. Isang milyon o chance mo to Move On? Can they still be single and prove to everyone that their lives will still go on? Or will their hearts open up to loving once more?
Ang Broken Hearts Trip ay original story ni Lex Bonife, screenplay by Archie del Mundo, Meg Bryan Bermudez (associate producer), Marvin Reyes (director of photography) and Pacoh Caperiña Bantoc (line producer).
