KINILALA nitong Martes ni Vice President of the Philippines at Secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd) Sara Z. Duterte ang mga katuwang ng ahensya dahil sa napakahalagang kontribusyon at suporta nito sa pagsasakatuparan ng MATATAG Agenda.
“To our partners, thank you for your unending support that complements our goals and aspirations for the Philippine basic education. May you continue investing in the dreams of Filipino children, as they will soon be part of our workforce that will contribute to the development of our nation,” pahayag ni VP-Secretary Duterte sa kanyang mensahe sa ginanap na Partners’ Recognition and Appreciation program sa Government Service Insurance System Theater sa Pasay City.
Pinangunahan ni Duterte ang pagbibigay ng plake sa mahigit 170 kasosyo na binubuo ng mga pambansang embahada, NGOs, research institute, at mga organisasyon sa pribadong sektor.
Kinikilala rin niya ang suporta ng partner sa Brigada Eskwela Program noong nakaraang taon, kung saan sila ay nag ambag sa pagtiyak na ang mga mag aaral ay magkakaroon ng mga conducive at functional na paaralan.
“With your interventions and with the help of our volunteers, we were able to welcome back our learners in an enabling learning environment,” dagdag pa niya.
Bukod dito, pinasalamatan din ni VP Sec. Duterte ang lahat ng partner na nagbigay ng resources sa pagdiriwang ng National Teachers’ Month na ginanap kamakailan sa Butuan at Bohol.
“Another bayanihan is the celebration of National Teachers’ Month last year, as we came together to provide teachers with the recognition and support they deserve. Thank you for allowing our teachers to enjoy the perks that will give them time to relax and enjoy their day outside their school responsibilities through free museum or exhibit passes, store discounts, services, and others,” ani VP-Sec. Duterte.
