Nepomuceno ang inspeksyon sa humigit-kumulang ₱23 milyong halaga ng misdeclared frozen agricultural products mula sa China na nasabat sa Port of Manila, katuwang ang Department of Agriculture (DA). Nakiisa sa inspeksyon sina Port of Manila District Collector Rizalino Torralba, Enforcement Group (EG) Deputy Commissioner Nolasco Bathan, OCOM Chief of Staff Atty. Jek Casipit, OCOM Chief of Staff Usec. Charlie Bathan, Enforcement and Security Service (ESS) Director Noel Estanislao, Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS) Director Thomas Narcise, at ESS Chief of Staff to the Office of the Director Johndee Rigor.
