Asia’s Phoenix Returns: Morissette Marks 15 Years with the Ember Concert Experience

Manila, Philippines — When the lights dim at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on October 28, 2025, the crowd will rise in anticipation for the return of one of the most powerful voices of her generation. Morissette, hailed as Asia’s Phoenix, celebrates a milestone 15 years in music with Ember—a concert designed not just to showcase her extraordinary vocal range but to reflect on a journey that has moved and inspired millions.

2025 has already been a banner year for Morissette. She made her feature film debut in Song of the Fireflies, where she revealed a compelling dramatic depth alongside her signature vocals. Her rendition of “Golden” for the global Netflix hit Kpop Demon Hunters went viral, reaffirming her presence as a force on both local and international stages. Whether on screen, online, or in front of a live audience, Morissette continues to elevate Filipino artistry for the world to see.

Ember marks her first major solo concert at Araneta since 2018 and promises to be an unforgettable night. With musical direction by Troy Laureta, the performance will blend lush arrangements with intimate storytelling. Spanning her 15-year career, the setlist will bring together iconic songs and fan favorites—many of which may never be performed live again in a concert of this scale. The evening also hints at special guest appearances, adding to the sense of occasion and surprise.

Opening the night is beloved indie-folk band The Ridleys, known for their emotionally rich songwriting and growing fanbase. Their inclusion sets the tone for a multigenerational celebration of Filipino music—two distinct voices, one unforgettable stage.

Tickets, ranging from ₱999 to ₱9,499, have been in high demand since their Ticketnet release. Due to overwhelming interest, a new Patron A section has been added, bringing fans even closer to the stage. VIP and SVIP packages offer premium perks, including soundcheck access and signed memorabilia.

For Morissette, Ember is more than just a concert—it’s a tribute to the past, a celebration of the present, and a bold promise for the future.

The event is presented by Philippine Airlines, with Nyxys as the official event partner. Additional support comes from El Calle Food and Music Hall, Southwestern Flaming Grill, Maruca Bistro Italia, Ming’s Pei Pa Koa, and Guevarra’s, with more sponsors to be announced soon.
