Psoriatic disease is a painful, often misunderstood, and lifelong journey. It is a serious, systemic autoimmune condition that causes rapid skin cell growth, leading to painful, itchy patches on the skin and joints. But its impact cuts much deeper than the skin.

In the Philippines, this condition affects an estimated 2 million Filipinos. However, the struggle does not stop with them. The visible symptoms can lead to public staring, shame, and isolation. The constant physical discomfort and emotional toll create a ripple effect, touching parents, children, siblings, and partners who stand by their loved ones, sharing in their pain and fighting alongside them. This is a battle fought not by individuals, but by entire families.
